Because of my impoverished life growing up, abandoned with my siblings in ghetto-like
environments, I was already living an apocalypse, making and wearing my own self-made
accessories up until I've gone homeless in my adulthood and to this day as I made it out like
a phoenix from the ashes, as fixing the broken, solving problmes, had become my forte, my
passion, and mission... healing wounds, the way I do with my paintings.
ex'cesoir comes from "iksiswar" in Arabic for accessory, my ethnicity, also a wordplay for "Excelsior" and
ex-tonight in French, dedicated to the night when I was homeless, writing away poetry about
dreaming harder to make my impossible dreams possible,
"TONIGHT is a good night!"
I told myself everso optimistic as the shiniest star before drifting to sleep back then, in a cold and dark corner in a park—
